What is the Box Office phone number?
When is the Box Office open?
Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.
Press the Epic Studios buzzer to the left of the door and ask for Box Office.
What payment types do you take?
We take cash and card payments including; Apply Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Contactless, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, Union Pay and JCB.
How do I know what sort of seats I will get?
Most of our shows are unallocated seats, meaning you can sit wherever you want, in this case we aim to put 20% more seats out than are sold. You are always guaranteed a seat in this instance
If the Show has allocated seating this will be clearly marked on your ticket and also in the studio for you to find. There will be ushers to help you find your seat in this case.
Do you offer discounts for group visits?
It depends on the event. Get in touch with us by either calling 01603 727727 or emailing email@example.com
When can I collect my tickets?
You can collect your tickets from Box Office when you arrive for the event.
When will I get tickets that were bought over the phone/online?
Tickets purchased over the phone or through our ticketing agent, Ticket Source, will be emailed to you once the booking is complete. If your tickets have not been sent to your email address then please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01603 727727 and we will resend them to you.
I have lost my tickets. Can I get a replacement?
Most of the time the answer’s yes. If you purchased your tickets through Ticket Source or over the phone with us, then please email email@example.com or call us on 01603 727727 and we will send you a replacement e-ticket. I have forgotten to print my e-tickets. What do I do?
You can show us your e-tickets on your mobile device or you can bring your booking reference number and the name that you booked your tickets under.
I cannot attend the event. Can I get a refund on my tickets?
Unfortunately, all events are non-refundable. Should an event be postponed or cancelled beyond our control refunds may be offered. Should you wish additional protection you can purchase additional insurance at the check-out should you have any reason to not be able to attend, this option is only with our ticket provider “Ticket Source”

Do you have a mailing list?
Yes. You can subscribe at the very top right of the page.
I heard an act I like is playing at Epic Studios, but I can’t find any details.
If an act isn’t on our website it means their performance isn’t confirmed.
What time do the doors open?
This time will be on the event page on our website.
When do shows usually start and finish?
To Check the event start time, visit the event page in our ‘what’s on’ section
Events usually finish no later than 11pm. But every event is different. Exact timings may not be available until the event gets closer.

Are there any age restrictions for events?
Most events are 14+ and under 14s can enter with an accompanied adult (18+). However, some of our events are 18+, so please check the event page or call us on 01603 727727.
We do operate the Challenge 25 scheme meaning if you look under 25 you may be asked for ID and we reserve the right to refuse entry
Do you have disabled access?
Yes, we have full access to our studio, with a lift from Box Office to the first floor and a ramp leading into the studio. There are no steps in between.
How can I purchase a carer ticket?
We do not send out physical carer tickets so if you are looking to bring a carer with you to any event, then please give us a call once you have purchased your ticket and we will make a note of it for the event day.
For example – 1 person coming with 1 carer, you will only need to purchase ONE ticket.
Do you have a cloakroom?
We do have a cloakroom, but it is not open for every event. In the case that it is not open, we will put out a clothes rail in the main studio for any coats you may want to hang up.
I’ve lost something. Who do I contact?
Please call us on 01603 727727 or email us at email@example.com with a full description of your item and a contact telephone number. Items left unclaimed for 30 days get donated to charity.
Do you have a car park?
We do not have a customer cark park, but there is a pay and display car park behind the studio on Edward Street which is open 24/7.

I’m interested in applying for work experience. How do I apply?
If you are interested in carrying out work experience at Epic studios, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the dates that you would like to complete work experience as well as a cover letter and CV.
I’m interested in applying for a job, but there are none available.
Email your CV and cover letter to email@example.com and we will make sure the right department head gets it.
Will there be merchandise to purchase for an event?
This depends on whether the performers have merchandise to sell. If there is, it will be available to buy on the night of the event.
Do you have Disabled Toilets?
Yes we do. Disabled toilets are located on the ground floor. A radar key can be given to you from Box Office.

Do you have a smoking area?
Our smoking area is outside the studio to the left, we would appreciate you not smoking outside our neighbour to reduce the noise and smoke to residents the live above
When is last entry?
In most cases it will be 10pm. Should the event go on later last entry will be no later than midnight, unless otherwise stated on your ticket
