Norwich train station is a 20 min walk away and connects the city with direct trains to the rest of Norfolk, Suffolk and London

Anglia Square bus stop is just 1 min walk away and serves most Norwich bus routes including First Pink, Turquoise, Orange, Yellow and Purple lines, Konectbus Yellow line, Park & Ride 501 and 502, Sanders Coaches Orange, Yellow, Red and Green lines
Accessibility
Lifts & Ramps
The main studio is one floor up but there is a lift available for wheelchair users and a ramp to get into the studio
Seating
Seating can be provided at every event, even standing gigs. This does not need to be arranged in advance, just ask a member of staff when you arrive and they will point you in the direction of the seated area.
Personal Assistants & Carers
If you require a carer or personal assistant, this person can come in for free without a ticket. No need to book in advance, just show your ticket and carer/disability proof at the box office when you arrive. We accept the following as proof:

Toilets
We have toilets available for disabled and gender neutral customers as well as baby change facilities. These are located downstairs in box office.
Set Times & Tickets
Set Times
Unless stated otherwise, the time on your ticket will be the time that doors open. Full set times are often made available a day or two before the event, please check the event page when they become available.
Ticket Re-Sales
Our partner for selling and distributing second-hand tickets is Ticketswap.com. You can list unwanted tickets for sale and shop safely for re-sale tickets to all of our events.
Lost Tickets
If you have lost or misplaced your tickets, please contact your ticket provider to re-send to you. If you are unable to do this in time for an event, please let us know. There are ways we can validate your entry without having a physical ticket.
Refunds
You cannot refund tickets for an event unless the event is cancelled or postponed. If you have a ticket and can no longer attend, we recommend listing it for re-sale on Ticketswap.com.
Points Of Interest
Cloakroom
Our cloakroom is open during winter months and rainy days. It is located up stairs just outside the studio. It is £3 per item.
Smoking/Vaping
Smoking and vaping is not allowed anywhere within the venue, if you are caught smoking or vaping inside then you will be escorted out. Our dedicated smoking area is outside the front door.
Lost Property
If you find an item left unattended please hand it in at the bar. If you have lost an item in our venue, we will hold it in lost property for up to a month after it was found. Get in contact with us and we will see if your item has been handed in.
Fire Exits
In the event of an evacuation, there are four main exits from the studio, these are located in each corner of the room. Our staff and security team will help guide you to these exits.
Safety & Security
Inclusivity
We endeavour to make sure everyone feels welcome and safe in our venue. We do have a gender neutral toilet. Our staff are trained on the ask for Angela procedure, If you feel uncomfortable in anyway please let a member of our security team know.
Age Restrictions
Each event has a different age restriction, you will be able to find this information on the event page. If an event is for over 18’s you may be asked to show a form of ID.
Searches
Depending on the style of event, capacity and the judgement of our security team, your persons or bags may be searched on entry.
Any food, liquids, sharp or dangerous objects will not be permitted in the venue unless required for medical reasons. You can request for confiscated items to be tagged and picked up on your way out.
SFX & Noise
The venue often uses flashing lights, lasers, confetti cannons and haze. The volume of music can also be quite loud. If you have any concerns with this, please let a member of staff know. Also, earplugs are available from the bar for free.
