A medium roller stand (sometimes called an overhead roller stand) equipped with a professional grip head is a versatile support system used in film, studio and location production
Designed with heavy-duty wheels, a wide base, a grip-head top and stable risers, this stand enables your crew to easily move, position and lock lighting fixtures, overhead modifiers (flags, scrims, butterflies) and other grip hardware. For example, a widely-used model lists a max height of 14 ft ( 4.25 m), load capacity of 40 kg and includes a 4.5? grip head.
